Located on historic Mare Island, we welcome you to visit the Savage & Cooke distillery where you can experience first-hand the incredible history of the island, our state-of-the-art distillery and our beautiful tasting room. We are open by appointment Friday through Sunday from 11am-5pm.
We offer two types of experiences; the first is an introductory tasting featuring our core offerings at our tasting room bar, the second is a deeper dive which includes a full site tour followed by a tasting of our core offerings in a private room with an experienced educator.

Tour & Tasting (60 Minutes)
Join us at our distillery located on historic Mare Island for an in-depth tour of the facility including the barrel room, production room and rooftop view. Following the tour, there will be a sit down tasting in the Vault including The Burning Chair Bourbon and Second Glance American Whiskey. This experience will be hosted by a senior member of our production or management team.
